Absolute Athlete is currently offering a speed, agility, and injury prevention clinic for SRU players on Fridays at Trione Field from 3:00-4:00pm. The clinic is free, but players must R.S.V.P. via text to 707-849-1865. Space is limited to 25 per clinic.
This clinic is designed for all ages (5-18). Head Trainer Cary Hiner will tune up athletes neuromuscular systems, and by observing their movement patterns he can help predict and prevent injuries.
Absolute Athlete provides private and group training that is customized to the individual. Head Trainer Cary Hiner focuses first on building a stable foundation of neuromuscular integration, balance, and overall system strength before launching into an intense program to maximize strength and power.

At Absolute Athlete, Head Trainer Cary Hiner teaches an athletic performance and injury prevention system refined through 25 years of training diverse populations, including elite athletes, young student athletes, and injured/disabled persons. Cary Hiner is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (C.P.T., C.E.S., P.E.S., G.F.S., Y.E.S), Exos (formerly Athlete’s Performance), and the Titleist Performance Institute. Cary has been an invited guest at the Certified Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (CSCCA) since 2004. Cary Hiner was trained in the Biolever Training System, an injury and performance trend diagnostic, and has performed over 3,000 assessments. Cary has developed aspiring athletes into elite performers in MLS, NFL, MLB, the NBA and the PGA.
