Mgrs received a calendar to request (OLDERS) league game days from Patty Manton and she needs that back by Oct 23 before she goes to scheduling mtg.

Updated everyone re the new fields. Schoplin only has 1 more approval process through the county which should not be a problem and since we received a check from Mr. Trione we still start soon Nov/Dec. Depending on weather, the fields will hopefully be done Feb but most likely March.

All-weather field rental and gym requests and monies etc will be handled by Patty Manton at the office. She needs requests even if you are using a gym because she needs to get insurance rider certificate (a quick process).  Only places with their own insurance like Sports City she doesn't need to bother with.

Practice scheduling done through John Gilson and P2P will be open thru Nov except for rain....but only to dusk, not dark.  Please ask your parents not to honk as this is likely to annoy neighbors.   Also Belluzzo will remain open throughout winter. With diminishing daylight and olders coming back, coaches should get their schedule requests into John asap.

New striker training coach Justin Selander was hired this week (all-empire at Cardinal Newman; Gatorade player of yr; outstanding scorer for UCLA, recently played for SOL) and will work with John Gilson to put a schedule out.  Coaches will be notified.

Lots of resumes came in for new executive director position. There is a subcommittee weeding these down to look for the best fit.  Ideally, candidate would be able to start between Jan and March. Coaches selections process is starting and so is budgeting process. 

We discussed the need to compile all the problems with uniforms/Nike/Kombat  as  all  teams appeared to  have issues.  Rochelle will do this and connect with Kelly Mohr who has a committee to review and better this process for next year.

Any referee program suggestions will be compiled by Darrin Spann and he'll submit to Erik.
