1. Go to www.srunited.com

 

 

 

2. Go to Contents,  click “Registration”

 

 

 

3. Welcome page appears after reading through all info click register button at bottom of page.

 

 

 

4. Registration Options page: 

• If you are new to Santa Rosa United, please click "I am a new player for SRU, this is my first time registering online.

• If you are a returning SRU player, please click " I am a returning SRU player and would like to login to register for the 2007-2008 season".

• If you have started registering and need to go back to complete, please click “I am a returning SRU player and  would like to login to register for the 2007-2008 season.”

   

• Do not click 3^rd option for 1^st time payments, this is for your 2^nd , 3^rd and 4^th quarterly payments.

   

• click continue at bottom of page

   

 

 

 

5. Input Player Information – fill in all the information requested (be sure to fill in Maiden name and  phone # so you can re-enter registration for your player at a later time).  “Click “Continue” at bottom of page.

 

 

 

6. Player Registration page:
   • Fill out all information on this page
   • School Grade – enter the grade for the fall of 2007
   • Program should give you one choice to fit players birth date ( if you are a play up to a different age group listed  notify SRU Office)
   • Even though you put sizes down for uniform you will still need to place order with team manager.
   • Click “Continue” at bottom of page.

 

 

 

7. House Hold Information Page – fill in all information requested click continue at bottom of page.

 

 

 

8. House Hold summary Page – You can register another player in your house hold before proceeding by clicking “add another Player”.   Proceed to Step 2 once all players in your family are listed.

·        Please make sure you enter at least one e-mail address so you will be updated with all of SRU News.  A reminder for your next quarterly payment will be sent to this e-mail address.

·        Complete all information and then Click “Continue” at bottom of page.

 

 

 

10.  Please review all information and then proceed to check out.  Click “Continue” to check out.

 

 

 

11.   This page will show a total due for the year it will include your annual dues, a $20 service fee, $100 Volunteer fee, and a $110 field assessment fee. 

• If you choose to pay the entire annual due now you will be credited back for the $20 service fee.  (Note if you chose to make installment payments there will be a $5 service fee added each time you make your installment payment.) 
• When  you complete one of the Club volunteer jobs you will be credited back $100.  (You will need to sign up with Laurie Hurst at the SRU Office – 541-7327 to receive the credit)e
•  You will receive a copy of the financial agreement and conduct policy from your manager.  They are also available here to down load if needed. ( click back button on your computer to get back to the registration after reading either of the policies)  Please read both of these before clicking the “I agree” button.  You cannot register your player without agreeing to both policies.  You will need to sign both of these policies and turn into your manager if you have not already done so before your registration will be completed.

 

 

 

12.  A Summary of your charges page will be next

·        You will see annual fee, service fee, and volunteer fee.

·        You will have two choices of what to pay, very important you choose the right button here, you will be charged for the one you choose. 

 

 

·        Select

 

 

o       Pay in full ( you will be credited back the $5 service fee if you choose this option, also no more payments to worry about to SRU)

 

 

o       Make a payment of ( this will be the quarterly payment plus the $5 service fee and the $100 volunteer fee) 

 

 

o       If you would like to sign up for one of the Club volunteer jobs listed on the website (under volunteer sections) you will be credited back the $100 volunteer fee.

 

 

 

 

 

·        Select to pay with

 

 

o       Master

 

 

o       Visa

 

 

o       Check.  If you choose to pay by check, payment must be turned into your manager no later than March 20 (U9-U14), or April 24 (U15-U18).  Make check payable to SRU

 

 

o       If you have signed up for a volunteer waiver job you can subtract $100 from your amount due.  If you have not already signed up for the job or your manager does not have confirmation yet, you will need to write two checks, one for the amount due minus $100 and one for  $100.  SRU will cash the $100 check if you do not sign up for the volunteer job with Laurie Hurst by April 1. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

13. Final page

     

·        You must print this page and turn into your manager for your registration to be complete with SRU. 

·        Make two copies of this page, one for SRU and one for the parent’s records.

·        If you are paying by check you will need to turn in a copy of this page to show what you owe and a check with the amount you owe to your manager by March 20.

·        Your password to get back into your registration for updates or future payments is on this sheet; make sure you keep a copy of this page for your records.
