Note: If you are not a registered US Club Soccer team, and are unable to get CYSA Travel forms, we recommend you use your CYSA 2006-07 passes and buy the $50 US Club Soccer Optional Team Insurance. Go Here and read "Optional Tournament Insurance" and follow that link to start this on-line, low-cost, rapid response process. You will enter your roster on-line, get an insurance certificate emailed, and bring that and your full set of CYSA passes to check in.
